We are looking for a talented Computer Vision Algorithm Team Leader to join our growing team.


Responsibilities
“Lead a team of 3-5 Computer Vision Algorithm researchers
“Create and manage the team workplan for multiple projects
“Hand-on development 30-50%
“Mentor, lead and manage the researchers to achieve their targets
“Work with the SW embedded team to create an end-to-end solution with well define hand over


Requirements
“MSc (PhD – advantage) in relevant domain (SW Engineering / Computer Science / EE)
“3+ years of experience in management of computer vision algorithms engineering team
“Overall, more than 5 years in Computer Vision Algorithms Engineering
“Experience in development of both classical and deep learning algorithms in Computer Vision
“Experience and understanding of the process of hand over to embedded team implementation
“Good understanding in optimization and real-time consideration when it comes to implementation
“Knowledge in Lidar data – advantage



Solid background in Computer Vision: 3+ years of experience developing Computer Vision Algorithms
Solid software skills
Experience with data driven solutions
Experience with 3D Geometry and Data – an advantage
Experience with Python and Object-Oriented practices. OpenCV, C/C++ – an advantage
Experience in optimized implementation and/or algorithm design for Embedded platforms is an advantage
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
