In this hitecth company, as a member of the Field CISO team, the Security Specialist will be closely aligned with our Sales, Partners, and CSG Teams and will be the voice of the client-facing field to Security and vice versa.
This Includes
Ensure that we are prepared to engage with large accounts, including pre-and post-sale work
Ensure customers’ security questionnaires responses meet our SLAs (tiers 1-3), fine-tune the tiers’ processes, and ensure each tier has the capacity and resources to respond to the questionnaires
Maintain and improve our internal security knowledge bases for the Sales, Partners, and CSG Team
Attend meetings with large accounts on behalf of ’s Security Team
Work with the Product Team and help develop our security value proposition
Requirements
Strong background in security consulting/ senior security customer-facing role – a must
Experience with security certifications (SOC2, ISO)
Over 3 years of experience in customer-facing/tech support/sales team
SaaS/Cloud – advantage
Good understanding of enterprise security requirements
Exceptional English communication (oral/written)
